Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not completely satisfied with our work, we will:

  • Return to address any concerns at no additional charge
  • Re-do the work to meet your expectations
  • Provide a partial or full refund if we cannot resolve the issue

You must notify us of any concerns within 7 days of service completion to qualify for our satisfaction guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit paid
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% of deposit retained to cover scheduling costs
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Full deposit retained
  • No-show: Full deposit forfeited, and you may be charged for travel time

Company Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • Immediate notification
  • Priority rescheduling
  • Full refund of any payments made if you choose not to reschedule

Refund Process

Eligibility

Refunds may be issued when:

  • Services were not performed as agreed
  • Quality of work does not meet our standards
  • We are unable to complete the project
  • You cancel within the allowed timeframe

Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Check refunds are mailed within 10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Materials already purchased specifically for your project
  • Work already completed to your satisfaction
  • Consultation fees (if applicable)
  • Cancellation fees as outlined above

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Only part of the project was completed
  • Some services met expectations while others did not
  • Materials were purchased but services were cancelled

Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our resolution of a refund request:

  2. We will review your case and respond within 3 business days
  3. If still unresolved, we may arrange for third-party mediation
