- Provide a partial or full refund if we cannot resolve the issue
You must notify us of any concerns within 7 days of service completion to qualify for our satisfaction guarantee.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit paid
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% of deposit retained to cover scheduling costs
- Less than 24 hours notice: Full deposit retained
- No-show: Full deposit forfeited, and you may be charged for travel time
Company Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
- Immediate notification
- Priority rescheduling
- Full refund of any payments made if you choose not to reschedule
