Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Alice Painting and Cleaning Services LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

We provide professional painting and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your service request.

Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates are provided based on information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from those described or discovered during the estimate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional work is required.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • A deposit may be required for large projects
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Returned checks will incur a $35 fee

Scheduling and Cancellation

We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. Weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the property and scope of work
  • Ensuring access to the property at scheduled times
  • Removing valuable or fragile items from work areas
  • Securing pets during service
  • Providing utilities (water, electricity) as needed

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with satisfaction guarantees. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by customer negligence, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

We carry comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed during the estimate.

Insurance and Licensing

Alice Painting and Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Alice Painting and Cleaning Services and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Polk County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
